New RA member Kangni Guo (Connie) arrives

New RA member Connie has arrived and joined our team today. She received the B.Eng from Minjiang University, China in 2010, and M.Eng from University of Sheffield, UK, 2012. She is currently working on the HEVC project, and she is also interested in encryption system design and wireless sensor network propagation investigation.
