Yao’s paper has been accepted by TCAS1

Our paper “A Bias-bounded Digital True Random Number Generator Architecture” has been accepted for publication by IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I: Regular Papers (TCAS1). In this paper, a staged-running self-timed ring (STR) architecture has been proposed, which generates raw random bits with bias degree lower than 1%, by utilizing the diverse timing characteristics of different initial states of the STR.
